My early career was in finance, and although financially rewarding, I found myself in my 20's, feeling exhausted, depressed, and developing more and more health issues. I cloaked my stress in a fast-paced and unbalanced lifestyle, that was not sustainable and needed to find a way to heal physically and emotionally. Feeling let down by doctors, I became passionately immersed in holistic healing and learning better ways to help the body and mind heal without prescription drugs. This quest took me around the world, learning and experiencing powerful body and mind healing tools and methods from some of the best healers, teachers, and experts in their fields. I discovered that the body and mind can, and wants to heal, with the right fuel and information.

Becoming a Health Coach was a natural step for me, I love what I do and feel grateful to share my clients' journeys as they transform their lives.
